Please also let us know if you are a charity or non-profit organisation, as we offer a 20% discount on room hire and AV equipment. We also offer a special 40% discount on room hire and AV equipment to mathematical charities. Income from our conference business helps support the London Mathematical Society.

The London Mathematical Society (LMS) is a registered charity for the advancement, dissemination and promotion of mathematics in the UK and worldwide. Data provided by you on this form will be stored securely and used under the lawful bases "Contract" and “Legitimate Interests” in relation to your enquiry, and potential booking/s. In the case of a booking, personal data may be shared with third parties to cater for and facilitate organisation of your event e.g. sharing your name with our caterers and entering personal data into our internal booking system.
